The short version
- You must be 18 or over to order.
- Your plan is for your own household; reselling needs a reseller agreement.
- Line-ups change, so we do not guarantee any particular channel or title.
- You pay for a fixed term and decide whether to renew.
Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Boss IPTV ("Boss IPTV", "we", "us"). By using this website or ordering a plan, you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Who can order
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for the use of your login by anyone in your household.
The service
Boss IPTV is a subscription to live TV channels, sports and an on-demand library, delivered over the internet to a player app on a compatible device. You provide the device, the player app and the internet connection.
Channel line-ups and the on-demand library change over time, as broadcasters and rights change. We describe the service honestly and will confirm specific channels on request, but we do not guarantee that any particular channel, event or title will be available for the whole of your plan.
Orders and payment
Orders are agreed in a WhatsApp conversation or by email. Prices are in USD and are confirmed before you pay. Your plan starts when we deliver your login details. You agree not to send card numbers, bank logins or one-time codes in any message.
Plan term and renewal
Each plan runs for the term you choose: 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. There is no long-term contract. When your term ends, the service stops unless you renew by contacting us.
Acceptable use
You agree that you will not:
- share your login outside your household, or sell or rent access to the service without a written reseller agreement;
- record, rebroadcast or publicly show content from the service;
- use the service for anything unlawful where you live;
- try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to our systems.
Availability
We work to keep the service running smoothly, but like any internet service it can be interrupted by maintenance, network problems or changes made by broadcasters and providers. Where an interruption on our side is significant, we offer a fair remedy as described in our refund policy.
Devices and third-party apps
Player apps and devices are made by other companies and are governed by their own terms. We recommend apps in good faith, but we are not responsible for their features, changes, availability in app stores or any fees their developers charge.
Content and intellectual property
Content shown through the service belongs to its respective owners. We respond to copyright notices as described in our DMCA policy.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a login that breaks these terms, for example when it is shared or resold without permission. Where possible we contact you first and give you the chance to put things right.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds are covered by our refund policy. Statutory cancellation rights are explained on our right to cancel page.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, or limits the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Boss IPTV is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country or state where you live. We always prefer to resolve concerns directly: message us first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your plan is the one in place when you ordered or last renewed; significant changes are announced to customers before they take effect.
