The short version

How plans end
Every Boss IPTV plan runs for a fixed term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. When the term ends, the service stops unless you choose to renew by messaging us. There is nothing to cancel to avoid a renewal you did not ask for.
Cancelling during a plan
You can stop using the service at any time. If you would like a refund for the unused part of a plan, message us; requests are handled under our refund policy, which explains when full or partial refunds apply.
Customers in the United States
There is no general federal cooling-off period for services bought online. The Federal Trade Commission's Cooling-Off Rule covers certain sales made in person, such as at your home, rather than online purchases. Some states have their own consumer rules; where they apply to you, they apply in addition to our policies.
Customers in the UK and the European Union
If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you generally have the right to cancel a contract for services bought at a distance within 14 days of the day the contract was made, without giving a reason (in the UK under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013; in the EU under Directive 2011/83/EU and national laws).
If you ask us to start the service during those 14 days and then cancel, you may have to pay for the service provided up to the time you tell us you are cancelling. Where the law allows the right to cancel to end once the service has been fully provided at your request, we will tell you before you confirm your order.
How to cancel
Send us a clear statement that you want to cancel, by WhatsApp or email, with the name on your order and the date you paid. You do not need to use any particular form.

Refunds after cancelling
Where a statutory cancellation applies, we refund the amount due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling, using the payment method you used. Any amount for service already provided at your request may be deducted.
