The short version
- You only pay after the plan and the price are confirmed with you.
- Payment instructions only ever come from our official WhatsApp number or email.
- We never ask for card numbers, bank logins or one-time codes in a chat.
- If anything looks wrong, stop and message our official number before paying.
How paying works
- You choose a plan and send the prefilled message on WhatsApp, or email us.
- We confirm the plan, the price and the payment options available to you.
- We send payment instructions in that same conversation.
- You pay, and we confirm receipt in the chat.
- Your login details follow, with setup steps for your device.
Payment methods and currency
We confirm the payment options available to you on WhatsApp before you pay.
Prices are in USD. If you pay in another currency, your bank or card provider converts the amount and may charge a fee.
When you pay by card, the card details go to the payment provider, never to us, and we do not store them.
What we will never ask you for
- Your full card number, expiry date or security code in a chat or email.
- Your online banking password or app login.
- One-time passcodes or verification codes sent to your phone.
- Remote access to your phone, computer or TV.
- Payment to a person or account we have not confirmed in our official chat.
If anyone asks for these while using the Boss IPTV name, it is not us. Do not pay, and tell us.
Spotting impersonators
Several unrelated sellers use the name Boss IPTV, and scammers sometimes copy real brands. Warning signs include:
- a WhatsApp number other than +212 781 768 546, or an email address that does not end in @bossiptvhd.com (our support address is [email protected]);
- a website address other than bossiptvhd.com;
- pressure to pay immediately, or a "special price" that disappears in minutes;
- a request to pay in an unusual way, or to a different person halfway through a conversation.
If something looks wrong
Stop before paying and message our official WhatsApp number, +212 781 768 546, or email [email protected]. We will confirm within the chat whether a request really came from us. If you have already paid someone impersonating us, contact your bank or card provider straight away.
Your records
Keep the WhatsApp conversation or email in which we confirmed your plan and payment. It is your receipt, and it makes renewals, refunds and support quicker.
